In 1992 the company was started: Consulting and Training for qualified personnel and executive managers up to Top Management.
Time has it that the needs are changing, so I changed my services, but always accompanied by advanced training. Not only scientifically based but tested for the everyday use in organisations.
Apart from working in German speaking countries I consult and train in Europe and the rest of the world (USA, Hongkong, Singapore, Sri Lanka).
Since studying at university English is my second working language.
